Ordering Information

HOW TO PLACE YOUR BESPOKE ORDER

1. If you would like to place a bespoke order, in other words have an item designed to your exact requirements, then please click on 'contact us' on the menu and email or call/write to me directly to explain the details of the item that you would like me to design for you including the order reference number of the designs that have interested you on the website.

2. I will then send you a confirmation email regarding an estimated delivery time and further questions regarding your order requirements. Payment is required in advance and can be made by cheque, internet banking or a paypal invoice, details will be emailed to you. Thank you.

3. In general, please allow two weeks for delivery from the date that you placed your order (this time may increase due to seasonal order volumes).

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE
 

1. If you would like to purchase an item quickly, click on "add to basket" and then go to the checkout.

2. You do not need to sign up for a paypal account in order to pay for your order.

3. If the item is not in stock, the order will be shipped within two weeks unless you are informed otherwise. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 24 hours by recorded delivery or if ordering at the weekend, then it will be shipped on the Monday.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order: you can notify us by email to sales@annabellebydesign.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you.

Where goods have already been dispatched to you, you can return goods that you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

The rights to return the goods will not apply in the following circumstances: -
1. We are unable to accept returns on pierced earrings, body jewellery or hair accessories for hygiene reasons other than defective or damaged items. 2. In the event that the product has been made or customised specifically for you unless the item is defective or damaged.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery dates are to be coordinated with the customer for bespoke orders, however as a guideline, please order at least two weeks before your required delivery date. Where possible, orders will be shipped earlier.

In order to ensure the safe arrival of your goods, we like to ship using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery Service for more expensive items. Both services require that there is someone at the destination address who can sign for the package upon arrival.

Postage Costs are a flat rate of £2.50.

This price only refers to the shipping of goods in the United Kingdom. If you require shipping outside the United Kingdom, please email the items you wish to order in order for us to calculate the cost of delivery.
